Free instructional session meets in the boathouse. Come to the street-side door.

Wear stretchy workout clothes that you can layer. If it is snowy or wet outside, bring dry gym shoes or runners to change into.

Parking can often be found on the street on the 700 or 600 block, or in the parking lot behind Gates of Heaven Synagogue. 

Please be careful coming down the hill behind the boathouse: the open grassy hillside trail may be slippery, and the stairs on the concrete park shelter can sometimes be icy.
