Winter Learn to Row (2)

Work out like a rower! We teach you to use the industry-standard Concept2 indoor rower ("erg") with good technique. Completion of this class allows you to continue with winter-season coach-guided group sessions at MRC -- including special meetings at the UW Porter Boathouse tanks. It will also give you a head start if you take Learn to Row in boats when the water season starts.

Minimum participant age is 11. Youth age 11 to 14 need to have a grown up present.
