Spring Work Party: Dock In and Boathouse Clean Up

Registration

• Clean Erg Room (Captain: Sara Krizan)
  -Clean all ergs (oil, wipe, vacuum, replace batteries)
  -Vacuum and mop floor
  -Wash windows
  -Wash rags
  -Remove spider webs
  -Verify all windows functional, note which are not, put on repair list (hopefully all work!)
  -Clean fans
  -Organize stereo area
  -Re-fill erg cleaner bottles
• Install Pier and Hoists (Captain: Harlan)
• Prep Boat Bays and Boats
  -Bring coxswains boxes from upstairs and charge (Som?)
  -Check boat light batteries and functionality (Anna)
  -Charge megaphones and check functionality (Anna)
  -Remove towels from bathroom and put in boat bay
  -Empty garbage
  -Clean boats & oars (weather/water/need dependent)
  -Move boats as needed
  -Donate lost & found items
  -Sweep floors, walls, corners etc.
  -Turn on water (call city)
  -Dispose of old batteries in box by charging station-bring battery tester (?)
  -Move new quad into repair bay
• Prep Flower Beds (Captain: Amy W)
  Bring a shovel if you can.
• Window Washers
• Work Bay and Exercise Area
  -Take unwanted items St. Vinny’s in truck
  -Shake out vacuum all door mats
  -Continue to declutter/organize/hang tools
  -Create “yet to do” list and post in shop
  -Move oars into storage
